Pam Rash began her role as the administrative assistant to the Director of Athletics and Recreation in February 2018.

Rash has been with the University of Delaware since 2014. Prior to her role in Athletics and Recreation, she worked in administration for the Center for Counseling and Student Development and as a medical services representative in the Immunization Department with Student Health Services.

Rash has served in administrative positions for her entire career with the majority of her career with The DuPont Pharmaceutical Company and E.I. duPont de Nemours. She attended Delaware Technical Community College, where she took courses in Business Management.
