Pam Rash began her role as the administrative assistant to the Director of Athletics and Recreation in February 2018.

Rash has been with the University of Delaware for the past four years, working in administration for the Center for Counseling and Student Development for two years, and prior to that, as a medical services representative in the Immunization Department with Student Health Services.

Serving in several administrative positions, Rash has worked for Delaware Thoroughbred Racing Commission, Cab Calloway School Fund, Big Dog Properties, Bristol-Myers Squibb and The DuPont Pharmaceutical Company. She attended Delaware Technical Community College, where she took courses in Business Management.
