Susan Morris joined the University of Delaware in 2017 to serve as the talent management assistant. In her role at Delaware, she provides recruitment and project-related assistance to the Talent Management Program, while coordinating and maintaining the human resources and
personnel work flow of the Athletic and Services Department. She also coordinated the on-boarding of new full, part-time and graduate student staff.
Before joining the University of Delaware, Morris served as the Human Resources Technician at Delaware Technical and Community College. In this role, she provided support in human resources at Stanton Campus for hiring and on-boarding of new staff.
Morris graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and got her master’s degree in human organization science from Villanova. She is married to fellow Blue Hen Donald Morris and they currently reside in Wilmington with their three children.
