Zhaibri “Z” Jeffries joined the Delaware athletics department in April 2024 as Associate Director of Development.
Jeffries comes to Delaware after spending three years at Ohio State University. He spent the last 2 1/2 years as an Assistant Director of Development, assisting in all aspects of fundraising for the university including academic units and the athletic department personally raising over $2 million. Jeffries began his tenure at Ohio State in February 2021 as an engagement coordinator.
Prior to Ohio State, Zhaibri was a Ticket Operations Assistant at Villanova University (2019-20) and a Development Assistant at Temple University (2018-19). He also spent time as a Sales Associate at HBSE.
Jeffries earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and his Master’s in sports management from Southern New Hampshire University.
