NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware men's and women's swimming and diving team will face their first road meet Saturday as the Blue Hens travel to Fairfax, Va. to take on former CAA foe George Mason.
Both Delaware teams were victorious in their first meets of the season. The men defeated Georgetown and the women beat both the Hoyas and St. Francis in a dual meet on Oct. 4.

UD had 11 swimmers win races, including victories from freshmen Nicholas Badsky, Patrick Savidge, and Thomas Scott. Senior captain Timothy Ware and Badsky led the Blue Hens with three race victories each to pace UD to it second straight season-opening win over Georgetown.
