SWARTHMORE, Pa. – The University of Delaware men's tennis team dropped its second straight match after recording a 6-1 loss to Swarthmore Saturday at the Garnet's Mullan Center.

Beneck followed with a 6-3, 6-4 victory over Anthony Collard in top flight singles action for his fourth straight win.

With the loss, the Blue Hens fall to 2-2 on the season while Swarthmore moves to 1-0 in its season opener.

Austin Longacre, who went 56-21 from 2006-10.
     ·   Lawton and Beneck have won four straight doubles matches.
     ·   Zack Niklaus and Sweet broke a three-match winning streak.
