Blue Hen Student-Athletes March in Newark's Memorial Day Parade

NEWARK, Del. -- The Blue Hens proudly marched in the City of Newark's 80th annual Memorial Day Parade on Sunday, May 17 at 2 p.m.

A dynamic group of student-athletes representing 13 Delaware teams, along with members of the Delaware Dance Team, YoUDee, and Baby Blue, joined marching units from all branches of service, veterans' organizations, local schools, and community organizations on the route down Newark's Main Street.

The event was free and open to the public, and the Blue Hens stopped along the way to greet fans and take pictures
