College of Charleston Sweeps Twinbill From Blue Hens, 3-2 and 15-2

Delaware will return to action on Tuesday when the Blue Hens travel to Lehigh for a 3 p.m. game in the first round of the Liberty Bell Classic. UD will then host James Madison next weekend in its first conference home series of the season.
Game Notes:
• The Blue Hens have dropped three straight for the first time this year
• Delaware is now 0-7 vs. Charleston at Patriots Point
• UD's 15 runs allowed in the nightcap were the second most of the season
• Tierno extended his hitting streak to seven games
• Nardo's home run was his third of the year and the eighth of his career
• Both games featured long rain delays, as the doubleheader took over 10 hours to complete
