    • Delaware looks for its second consecutive CAA victory as the Blue Hens host local rival Towson at the Bob Carpenter Center.
   • The Blue Hens snapped a six-game losing streak on Thursday by posting a 69-62 victory over Northeastern. Delaware also ended a three-game home losing skid.
   • UD avenged a 90-54 loss to Northeastern in Boston two weeks prior.
   • UD won its eighth game of the season, surpassing last year's win total when the Blue Hens finished with a 7-23 record.
   • Ryan Daly again led the Blue Hens by scoring 27 points, becoming the first freshman in school history to post five 20-point efforts in a season.
   • Daly has reached double figures in 11 of the last 12 games, and is the leading freshman scorer and rebounder in the league.
   • Eric Carter returned to the starting lineup and scored 11 points, reaching double figures for the first time since the season-opener.
   • Cazmon Hayes added 13 points, as he scored in double digits for the fourth time in the last six games.
   • The Tigers defeated the Blue Hens, 83-56, during the teams' first meeting this season last Thursday in Towson.
   • Towson has now won the last three games in the series.
   • The Blue Hens still lead the all-time series with the Tigers, 44-33, and are 29-10 against Towson in Newark.
    • At halftime the first ever St. Francis Healthcare Baby Race will take place on the BCC court.
    • Following the game, the entire Blue Hen men's basketball team will be signing autographs.
