Jaime Seguin Set to Join Blue Hens as Senior Associate AD, Chief Financial Officer

NEWARK, Del. – University of Delaware Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation Services Chrissi Rawak announced the addition of seasoned executive level athletic administrator Jaime Seguin as the Senior Associate AD, Chief Financial Officer.
With nearly 20 years in college athletics, all of which have come at the Division I level, Seguin brings respected and driven leadership to the Blue Hens. She comes to the University of Delaware having most recently served as the Deputy Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator at Boston College.

At Delaware, Seguin will be responsible for all aspects of UD athletics finances, talent management, and information technology services. She will also be a member of the Athletic Department senior management team.

While at Boston College, Seguin was a a member of the department's executive management team overseeing all internal operations units including business and administration, facilities and game operations, technology and interactive media, and Campus Recreation. Seguin also directly oversaw the areas of strength and conditioning, sports medicine and student-athlete development and was the day-to-day sport administrator for the women's basketball and field hockey programs.
Prior to joining the Boston College staff, Seguin was at the University of Massachusetts. Seguin joined the UMass staff in 2004 as Assistant Athletics Director/Business and Personnel and was most recently serving as the Deputy AD/Senior Woman Administrator (2014).
Seguin handled all fiscal and human resource matters as well as oversight of ticket operations for UMass Athletics for a decade. In addition, she had increasing responsibility during her tenure including the oversight of multiple student-athlete welfare units, Campus Recreation, and served as the sport administrator for women's basketball, women's lacrosse, field hockey, women's tennis and baseball.
Prior to UMass, Seguin spent four years at the University of Hartford, the last three as the Assistant AD for Business and Finance as well as serving as the women's golf sport administrator.
Seguin received her Bachelor's Degree in economics and psychology from Boston College before earning her Master's Degree in sport management from UMass in 2000.
