Hens Post Successful Day at Liberty Invite

LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Blue Hens captured 11 victories Saturday as part of the first day of play at the Liberty Fall Invitational.
Delaware opened morning action with five singles wins over competition from Navy and Campbell while the Hens picked up three more singles victories over the Mids in the afternoon session.
Freshman Jojo Bach and junior Sarah Whited led the way with two singles wins apiece.
UD also posted three doubles wins on the day against Navy and the Camels. Bach joined sophomore Caragh Courtney in going 2-0 in doubles play versus the Mids and Campbell.
