CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – They battled until the very end, but good fortune ran out for the Blue Hens Saturday as Delaware's final competitors at the ITA Atlantic Regional, hosted by the University of Virginia, were knocked out of the tournament.
In singles action, sophomore Luis Molina had a three-match winning streak snapped with a tough 6-4, 6-2 loss to 17-32 Nicola Vidal (Old Dominion) in the Round of 32.
On the doubles side, sophomore James Wilkinson and freshman Liam Hedlund fell to VCU's Lleyton Cronje and Timo Zgraggen, 9-7.
