NEWARK, Del. – The Delaware swimming & diving teams hosted UMBC and Johns Hopkins Saturday afternoon in Rawstrom Natatorium with the women earning a split while the men dropped both.
"It was a great day for our Blue Hens all around. Great swims and dives from our team," said head coach Pablo Marmolejo. "Both the men and women fought very well after a very tough week of training and our divers had an exceptional meet as well. We'll continue to build and work toward CAA's. The bright is future for this young team and I'm very proud of how they competed today"
The women handled business 187-110 against UMBC while narrowly falling to Johns Hopkins by a score of 140-139. The men's scores were 184-108 against UMBC 185-102 with Johns Hopkins.
