Nicole Enabosi Tabbed CAA Player of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – Blue Hens forward Nicole Enabosi returned to the court after a nearly 16-month haitus and promptly returned to her old ways as the 2018 Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Year was named the CAA Player of the Week Monday.
Enabosi, who missed all of last season and the first four games of this season due to an ACL injury, averaged 22.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.0 steals while leading Delaware to its first two wins of the year this past weekend.
The Gaithersburg, Md. native led the Hens with a career-high 32 points to go along with eight rebounds in Saturday's 81-80 overtime victory against Santa Clara. Enabosi opened her year with 13 points in 17 minutes of action in Friday's win over Cal State Fullerton.
For her efforts, Enabosi was named to the Cal State Fullerton Titan Classic All-Tournament Team.
The Blue Hens return home to host George Washington on Wednesday at 7 p.m. before heading to Robert Morris for a noon contest on Saturday.
