Hens Celebrate Adair’s 100th Career Victory With 70-59 Win at William & Mary

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – Delaware won its season-best third straight game Friday evening as the Blue Hens topped William & Mary, 70-59, at Kaplan Arena.
The Hens also celebrated their leader post-game as the win marked the 100th for head coach Natasha Adair in her seven-year career.
Delaware (9-11, 4-4 CAA) led wire-to-wire, but didn't fully pull away from the Tribe until the final minutes of action.
Junior Abby Gonzales guided the Hens with 16 points while sophomore Lizzie Oleary notched a season-best with 10 points and tied a career-high with seven rebounds.
Freshman Jasmine Dickey added nine points and 10 rebounds while classmate Paris McBride and junior Samone DeFreese each dished out five assists.
