Caragh Courtney Collects CAA Second Team Singles Honors

RICHMOND, Va. – Blue Hens freshman Caragh Courtney was rewarded for a terrific season Thursday as she was named a Colonial Athletic Association Singles Second Team honoree.
Courtney finished her rookie campaign with 17 wins, including a team-best 2-1 record in conference action with exciting three-set victories over Towson and Drexel.
The Castleknock, Ireland native played a majority of the season at No. 2 singles and posted a stretch of eight wins in a 10-match span.
