Blue Hens Fall to Northeastern, 72-62

NEWARK, Del. – Third quarter woes hindered the Blue Hens Sunday afternoon as Delaware fell to Northeastern, 72-62, at the Bob Carpenter Center.
The two teams finished the first and second quarters with the same amount of points before the Huskies outscored the Hens, 21-12, in the third. NU added a one-point advantage in the fourth quarter en route to victory.
Sophomore Jasmine Dickey posted double doubles in back-to-back games for Delaware and finished the contest with a team-best 17 points and 10 rebounds to go along with three steals and two assists.
Samone DeFreese (13) and Nicole Enabosi (11) also recorded double figure scoring efforts with each collecting four rebounds and three assists for the Hens.

· With 1,423 career points, Nicole Enabosi moved past Sharon Wisler (1986-90) into ninth place on Delaware's all-time scoring list. Danielle Leyfert (1997-01) is eighth all-time with 1,447 points.
