NEWARK, Del. – Senior Rebecca Lawrence broke the school's single-game blocks record Thursday evening as the Blue Hens defeated Charleston, 63-54, at the Bob Carpenter Center.

Delaware also had three players register double doubles in the win in Samone DeFreese (20 points, 11 rebounds), Nicole Enabosi (16/13) and Jasmine Dickey (15/12).
The Blue Hens struggled for the first 14 minutes or so of the contest before a spark was lit. Delaware finished the second quarter on a 14-3 run and continued that momentum into the third.
The Hens led by as much as 17 in the contest and held the Cougars to a 27.3 field goal percentage, which is the lowest opponent mark in CAA play this season.
