Blue Hens Place Third at CAA Rowing Championships

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. – The University of Delaware rowing team concluded its season with its second top-three finish it the last three CAA Rowing Championships Sunday morning.

The Blue Hens closed the championship with 23 points, the most the program has ever scored at the CAA Rowing Championships.

Delaware was represented by Julia Rothstein and Marguerite McGahay on the All-CAA team.

The Blue Hens finished third in the varsity-4 and fourth in the varsity-8. The third varsity-8 crew picked up a runner-up finish on the day, however those points do not go towards team standings in the championship.
