Men’s and Women’s Basketball Promotional Schedules Announced

NEWARK, Del. - Promotional schedules for both Delaware men's and women's basketball have been announced for the upcoming 2022-23 season. Fans can view all ticket options for the upcoming Delaware basketball season. Each program's respective promotional schedule is highlighted by giveaways, fun theme games, and more!

Promotional Schedule
Nov. 7, 7 p.m. vs. Wilmington
Theme: Mob the Bob; Fans can purchase tickets for only $3.02 to Mob the Bob for the season opener! Come early for a banner unveiling and stay late for post game autographs!
Giveaway: 1,500 CAA Champions ring posters
Dec. 1, 7 p.m. vs. Cornell
Theme: Holidays with the Hens - Food Drive; Fans are encouraged to bring dry and/or canned food items to be donated to the Food Bank of Delaware.
Giveaway: 500 Blue Hen Cookie Cutters
Dec. 3, 2 p.m. vs. Davidson
Theme: Holidays with the Hens - Coat Drive; Fans are encouraged to bring new or gently used coats, sweaters, or blankets to be donated to the Friendship House Clothing Bank.
Giveaway: All fans who participate in the Coat Drive will receive a BOGO coupon for the conference opener vs. Hofstra on December 29th!

Theme: Route 1 Rivalry, presented by DE529
Theme: Holidays with the Hens - Toy Drive; Fans are encouraged to bring new or gently used toys to be donated to the Kind to Kids Foundation.
Giveaway: All fans who participate in the Toy Drive will receive a coupon to ShopBlueHens.com!
Dec. 11, 2 p.m. vs. Siena
Theme: Holidays with the Hens - Food Drive; Fans are encouraged to bring dry and/or canned food items to be donated to the Food Bank of Delaware.

Dec. 21, 7 p.m. vs. Ohio
Theme: Winter Wonderland; All fans will get to experience a FREE Winter Wonderland tailgate prior to the game! Partake in cookie decorating, photos with Santa, and more! Kids 12 and under will be able to come down to the court during halftime for storytime with Santa!
Jan. 19, 7 p.m. vs. William & Mary
Theme: Throwback Thursday; Take a step back in time with throwback ticket prices and throwback jams!
Giveaway: Each fan will receive a voucher for one free popcorn as part of National Popcorn Day
Jan. 28, 12 p.m. vs. Northeastern
Theme: Mascot Game; YoUDee will be joined by some of his local friends from other teams and organizations for a day of mascot fun!

Feb. 4, 2 p.m. vs. Charleston
Theme: Youth Cheer Day; More information on Youth Cheer Day will be announced at a later date.
Theme: Bob Day; Paying homage to our buildings namesake, Bob Carpenter, all fans named Bob, Robert, Bobby, etc will receive a special ticket offer to the game as well as chances to participate in our on court contests.

Theme: Legacy Game; Celebrate Black History Month and honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
