NEWARK, Del. – The No. 17/15/16 University of Delaware football team will host its final regular season home game on Saturday when it welcomes in No. 12/13 Richmond to Delaware Stadium for a CAA contest. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. and the game will be broadcast live on FloSports and NBC Sports Philadelphia Plus.

About the Blue Hens
- The Blue Hens are coming off a dominant 49-17 victory over Monmouth on Saturday behind six total touchdowns from Nolan Henderson. The offense surpassed 500 total yards for the third time this season with 323 passing yards and 183 rushing yards. Delaware scored its most points since the 2016 season opener and had 42 points in the first half, the most since 2013.
- The UD defense was stellar again, holding the highest-scoring team in the CAA to a season-low 17 points. The Blue Hens had six total sacks and limited Monmouth to 150 yards below its season average and just 90 passing yards
- Henderson earned his second CAA Offensive Player of the Week award after finishing 22-of-28 passing for 323 yards and five touchdowns while also rushing for a score. He tied the Delaware record with five touchdown passes and becomes the first player in program history to do it twice in their career.
- Johnny Buchanan continues to lead all of FCS with 112 total tackles and 12.4 tackles per game and has 28 more tackles than anyone else in the CAA.
- The Blue Hen defense continues to be one of the toughest in all of FCS, ranking third in both scoring (14.2 ppg) and total (273.4 ypg) defense as well as second in pass defense (116.9 ypg). UD has not allowed an opposing quarterback to pass for 200 yards in a game, and has held four opponents under 100 yards passing.
Scouting Richmond
- Richmond enters Saturday's game with a 7-2 overall record and a 5-1 mark in CAA play. The Spiders have won four-straight games, including handing New Hampshire its first CAA loss last weekend (40-34), and are ranked No. 12 in the Stats Perform Top-25 and No. 13 in the AFCA poll.
- The Spiders rank third in the CAA as their offense is averaging 32.0 ppg and 438.1 ypg. The defense is second, behind only the Blue Hens, allowing just 19.2 ppg and 311.8 ypg.
- Reece Udinski leads the CAA with 2,574 pass yards and is second behind Nolan Henderson with 22 passing touchdowns. He has completed 76.2 percent of his passes (269-353).
- Aaron Dykes is averaging 57.6 rushing ypg and Savon Smith is also running for 50.4 ypg to lead the rushing attack. Jakob Herres has a team-high 717 receiving yards while Jasiah Williams has caught 69 passes. Both have three receiving touchdowns while Leroy Henley is tied for the CAA lead with eight scoring grabs.
- Tristan Wheeler is third in the conference with 81 total tackles, while Ray Eldridge and Marlem Louis both lead the Richmond defense with 4.5 sacks. Aaron Banks tops the secondary with three interceptions.

The Blue Hens will close out the regular season on Saturday, November 19 when it makes the trip North for the annual Battle of the Blue contest against Villanova. Kickoff against the Wildcats is set for 1 p.m.
