BURLINGTON, Vt. – The University of Delaware women's basketball team will play against Vermont on Friday, Nov. 18 at 6 p.m. for their second road game of the season.

What You Need to Know:
- This will be the 29th time Delaware and Vermont will be meeting in program history, with the Catamounts holding the 19-9 all-time record. However, Delaware has won five of the previous six meetings and seven of the last 11.
- The last time the Blue Hens and the Catamounts met was Dec. 22, 2015, a 71-60 Delaware victory at Bob Carpenter Center. Delaware also defeated Vermont, 68-46, in the last matchup at Patrick Gymnasium on Nov. 29, 2014.
- The last time Delaware hit the hardwood was Tuesday, Nov. 15 against former conference-foe VCU. The Blue Hens defeated the Rams 63-50 at home.
- Against VCU, Michelle Ojo had a career night with 15 points and 10 rebounds, her first career double-double, while also going 6-11 from the field. Tara Cousins also scored 15 points, went 6-11 from the field, and made three of her four three-point attempts. Kharis Idom added 10 points of her own on a 4-7 shooting night. Delaware shot 47.3 percent from the field and 41.7 percent from beyond the arc.
- Vermont is entering Friday's matchup with a 1-2 record after they welcomed American International College on Tuesday, Nov. 15. The Catamounts defeated the Yellow Jackets 68-46 for their first win of the season. They were led by Emma Utterback, who scored a game-high 22 points and added eight assists and two steals to her stat line. Vermont began the season with two straight losses on the road, the first to No. 11 Indiana and the second to Miami (Ohio).
- Among the national leaders, Delaware as a team ranks sixth in blocks per game (7.3), with Sconiers being 24th among Division I players with eight total. Jewel Smalls ranks 15th nationally in three-pointers made with 10, and is two points shy of scoring 1,000 career points.
- Delaware was one of five CAA schools that were recognized on Nov. 15 on the College Insider Mid-Major Top 25 poll. The Blue Hens received 22 votes.
