NEWARK, Del. – Delaware's women's swimming and diving program will compete in their third meet of the season, and second at Rawstrom Natatorium, when they host William & Mary and James Madison University on Nov. 5 at 10:00 a.m.

- Mira Selling, the 2022 CAA Championship Most Outstanding Performer and a five-time CAA Champion, picked up right where she left off as she finished in first place in the 100 (50.94), 200 (1:49.89), and 500 free (4:49.64).Â
- In her Blue Hen debut, Erin Shema finished in first place in the 100 back (56.44) and 200 back (2:02.31).
- In the 100 breast, Mania Tasakou (1:04.44) finished in first and second place. Tasakou (2:23.81) also finished first in the 200 breast.
- Aislinn Mitchell finished in first place (2:09.49) in the 200 fly.
- Anthi Lyra finished in first place in the 1000 free (10:29.13).
- In the 200 IM, Erin Lillis finished in first place (2:09.33).
- The 200 medley relay team of Shema, Tasakou, Mitchell, and Nicole Chiappa finished in first place (1:45.96).
- The 400 freestyle relay team of Shema, Chiappa, Lyra, and Selling came in first place with a time of 3:28.86.
- Julia Servas took first place in the 1-meter and 3-meter events, recording 265.80 points in the 1-meter and 261.30 points in the 3-meter.Â
- Selling continued her impressive start to the season with a first-place finish in the 200 fly (2:03.42). In the 100 free, she placed second with a time of 51.37.Â
- Tasakou highlighted the Blue Hens in the 100 breast with a second-place finish (1:04.95). Tasakou had another strong performance in the 200 breast with a third-place finish and season-best time of 2:20.54. Lillis finished in fifth place with a season-best time of 1:07.54 in the 100 breast and fourth place with a season-best time in the 200 breast (2:26.23).Â
- Jenna Leonard also recorded season-best times in the 100 breast (1:08.18) and 200 breast (2:27.48) and finished in sixth and fifth place in the eventsÂ
- Cristin Earley led the way for the Blue Hens in the 100 back with a fourth-place finish (58.91), while Natalie Dobrzykowski (59.59) and Mitchell (59.77) followed right behind. Shema took first place in the 200 back (2:03.91), however, while Earley placed in third with a season-best time of 2:04.03.Â
- Julia Cichowska performed well in the 100 fly (58.19) and 200 fly (2:09.84), both season-best times and placing in second and fourth. Mitchell finished in fifth place in the 100 fly with a season-best time of 58.74.
- During the 400 IM, Lillis (4:37.78), Gately (4:44.40), and Oberholzer (4:46.55) all finished in fourth, fifth, and sixth place.Â
- The 200 freestyle relay team of Shema, Chiappa, Lyra, and Selling finished in second place with a time of 1:36.90.Â
- On the diving side, Alex Pastris earned her first zone cut of the season as she had 269.33 points in the 1-meter and placed in third. Servas improved on her zone cut mark from the Blue Hens' first meet of the season with a score of 267.30 and a fourth-place finish.
- In the 3-meter diving, Pastris again placed in third with a score of 265.73, while O'Sullivan (243.08), Servas (238.65), Campbell (227.48), and Drazek (207.23) all followed.Â
- Pastris was named CAA Diver of the Week on Oct. 25, 2022 after her performance against Yale.
- Selling was named CAA Swimmer of the Week on Oct. 11, 2022 after his performance against UMBC and Johns Hopkins.
