Pastris Earns Second Consecutive CAA Rookie Diver Of The Month Honors

NEWARK, Del. - Delaware's women's swimming and diving Alex Pastris freshman was named CAA Rookie of the Month for November, as announced by the conference on Dec. 6. Pastris received the honor the second consecutive time, having also earned the top recognition for October.

Pastris finished in the top three five times in six competitions during the month. She placed first on the 1-meter board (286.65) and third on the 3-meter board (279.30) in the meet against William & Mary, and turned in a pair of second-place efforts against La Salle and Rider. At the Bucknell Invitational, she finished in third and fifth place.

Pastris and the Blue Hens will return to action on Jan. 7, 2023 in Philadelphia, Penn. against Drexel.
