ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Delaware divers Julia Servas and Rowan O'Sullivan competed in the 1-meter competition at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships hosted by the Naval Academy Monday.

"I am very proud of both Julia and Rowan," said assistant coach Ryan Hunt. "They competed with great composure and stayed consistent through a very long and tough meet. We will definitely take what we learned from the experience and continue to build! Go Hens!"

A Darien, Conn., native, Servas placed 61st of 79 divers with a score of 209.15. She qualified for NCAA Zone competition with a first-place finish and a score of 275.48 against West Chester (Jan. 22). Servas earned three CAA Diver of the Week honors this season.

O'Sullivan, a native of Leesburg, Va., placed 67th with a score of 202.95. She secured a season-best score of 272.03 qualifying for NCAA Zones at Delaware's Last Chance Meet (Feb 5).

Servas and O'Sullivan were two of 12 divers from the CAA competing in the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships. Madison Yager of James Madison was the only diver from the CAA to place in the top-20.
