Men’s Tennis Adds Two to 2022-23 Roster

NEWARK, Del. – University of Delaware Director of Tennis Pablo Montana has announced the addition of two newcomers to the men’s tennis roster. Euan Mackenzie and Tobey Lock will both join the program this fall as members of Delaware’s Class of 2026.
Euan and Tobey are going to add a lot of depth to our program for the upcoming year. They both have strong tennis backgrounds and great international tennis experience from playing ITF tournaments all around the world.Director of Tennis Pablo Montana
Euan Mackenzie
Bridge of Allan, Scotland / Merchiston Castle School
Captained and played number 1 for Merchiston Castle School Tennis Academy … Mackenzie ranked as high as third in U18 Scotland and in the top 30 in U18 UK in 2022 … Competed at the U18 Junior National Tennis Championships in London … Won multiple UK regional tennis events … Came in third at the 2021 UK National Schools Finals (Glanville Cup) … Has been a member of the North of Scotland Tennis Team … Also ran cross country at Merchiston, winning two championships … Father, Colin, played golf at Aberdeen University and for the Scottish University team.

Tobey Lock
Bristol, United Kingdom / Rafa Nadal International School
Achieved a career-best ITF Junior ranking of 1085 in March 2022 … Cousin, Thaddea Lock, was a professional tennis player in the WTA
