NEWARK, Del. - University of Delaware Director of Athletics and Recreation Services Chrissi Rawak has announced a contract extension through the 2025 season for swimming and diving head coach Pablo Marmolejo.
Â
"I want to thank Chrissi for providing me with the opportunity to lead the Delaware men's and women's swimming and diving teams," said Marmolejo. "My staff and I are grateful for the opportunity to continue here and be a part of a great institution and community. We are proud of what we've accomplished and look forward to increasing the success of our program."

The men's and women's swimming & diving teams were successful in the classroom, as both programs were selected by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) as a Scholar All-America Team for the Spring 2022 semester.

"We are thrilled to extend Coach Marmolejo's contract," said Rawak. "Through Pablo's passion for Delaware and vision for success, he and his staff have done a terrific job creating a game-changing culture for the swimming and diving program.
