NEWARK, Del. - Delaware's women's swimming & diving team will compete in the 2023 CAA Conference Championship at the Hampton Aquaplex in Hampton, Va. on Feb. 22-25th. Delaware went 9-0-1 in dual meets this season, including wins over CAA foes William & Mary, Drexel, and Towson.

2022 CAA Championship Recap:
Mira Selling was named CAA Most Outstanding Swimmer of the meet after winning gold medals in the 200 Free, 200 Fly, and 200 IM. Mania Tasakou took the gold in the 100 breast. Tasakou, Selling, Cristin Earley, Aislinn Mitchell, Natalie Dobrzykowski, Anthi Lyra, and Charlise Oberholzer all also won bronze medals.

Pastris was named CAA Diver of the Week on Oct. 25 and Nov. 8, and Nov. 15.
Shema was named CAA Swimmer of the Week on Nov. 15.
