Men’s Tennis Claims Senior Day Win Over Morgan State

NEWARK, Del. – Delaware men's tennis (15-8) celebrated Senior Day with a 4-0 win over Morgan State (4-11) on Sunday. The program recognized Daniel Krulig, Luis Molina, William Wibmer, and James Wilkinson before the match.
"It was an emotional day," Wilkinson said. "It's been a long five years here at UD. I'm very grateful to get out there with the boys and enjoy our last home match of the season and of my career. I'm very grateful to get a win."
Delaware started the match fast with an easy doubles point on 6-0 and 6-2 decisions. The third match was called at 5-2.
Singles action was equally as fast, seeing three straight-set victories to end the day. Molina, Wibmer, and Udayan Bhakar finished with nearly flawless decisions as the trio only dropped one game apiece.
The Hens conclude the regular season at Richmond on Wednesday.
