Women's Swimming & Diving Cruise to Dual Meet Victory over Seton Hall

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – The Delaware women's swimming & diving program defeated Seton Hall in a dual meet by a score of 179.5-121.5 on Saturday.
With the win, the Blue Hens remain unbeaten and improve their record to 3-0 on the season.

The following athletes won their respective events:
- Erin Shema, Mania Tasakou, Aislinn Mitchell and Nicole Chiappa in the 200 medley relay (1:46.61).
- Lauren Hartel in the 500 free (5:06.72) and 1000 free (10:19.58).
- Shema in the 100 backstroke (58.15 seconds).
- Tasakou in the 100 breaststroke (1:04.46) and 200 breaststroke (2:23.15)
- Victoria Novinsky in the 200 butterfly (2:05.84) and 200 backstroke (2:04.90)
- Mitchell in the 100 butterfly (57.66 seconds).
- Sara Smith in the 400 IM (4:26.78)
The Blue Hens will hit the road again next Saturday, Jan 27 to take on Coastal Athletic Association foe Towson at 10 a.m. It will be the final dual meet of the season for the team.
