Siegfried, Servas Named Conference Diver of the Week

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware men's and women's swimming & diving athletes Kevin Siegfried and Julia Servas were awarded the Coastal Athletic Association's diver of the week, the league announced on Tuesday, Jan. 23.

For Siegfried, this is his third diver of the week accolade of the season, dating back to Dec. 5 and last week, Jan. 16. He continued his strong season with solid performances on both boards in Delaware's team victory at Seton Hall. The sophomore placed third on the 1-meter board with a score of 301.95 and compiled a score of 284.48 in the 3-meter competition.

This is the second time this season Servas earned diver of the week, dating back to Oct. 10. She recorded a pair of second place finishes to help Delaware post a team win at Seton Hall. The senior registered a score of 282.68 in the 1-meter competition and posted a score 271.56 on the 3-meter board.

The Blue Hens will be back in action on Saturday, Jan. 27 on the road against Towson.
