Women's Soccer Dropped CAA Match vs Stony Brook

NEWARK, Del. – The University of Delaware women's soccer team dropped a Coastal Athletic Association game against Stony Brook 3-2 on Sunday at Grant Stadium.
With the loss, the Blue Hens overall record is 6-6-3 and 4-2-1 in.

- Brooke Vogel and Olivia Bley scored goals in the second half.
- Kyla Burns played all 90 minutes in net and had seven saves.
- Delaware had seven shots, including five shots on goal.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- After two Stony Brook took a 2-0 lead, Vogel scored in the 58th minute. Her shot was assisted by Morgan Tilley.
- The Seawolves responded with a goal of their own in the 68th minute.
- Bley scored in the 83rd minute off multiple deflections on the corner kick.
GAME NOTES
- For Vogel, it was her third goal of the season, tying Caitlin St. Leger for the team lead.
- Bley scored her second goal of the season, and becomes the sixth member of the Blue Hens squad to score multiple goals in a game.
