Delaware Announces Partnership with Anthony Travel

NEW YORK – The University of Delaware Department of Athletics, Community, and Campus Recreation will be partnering with Anthony Travel as its official travel management partner, the organizations announced jointly Wednesday.
"This partnership is going to be extremely beneficial for us as we continue to enhance the operations hub of our department," Director of Athletics, Community, and Campus Recreation Chrissi Rawak said. "Anthony Travel is a leader in the travel solutions space and our ability to capitalize on their expertise as we prepare for this new era of Delaware Athletics in Conference USA will be invaluable."
Anthony Travel will have an on-site account manager exclusively dedicated to Delaware Athletics. They will deploy cost-saving strategies and provide tailored, efficient travel solutions for Blue Hen athletes, coaches, and staff. Delaware Athletics will benefit from Anthony Travel's experience booking travel for Conference USA peers, and nationwide. They will leverage Anthony Travel's Preferred Hotel Program, Motor Coach Connection, and partner relationships across their new conference.

Located in Newark, Delaware, University of Delaware Athletics, Community, and Campus Recreation sponsors 21 varsity sports and three spirit teams. Aiming to achieve excellence together, the department boasts a storied history of 529 All-Americans, 138 conference titles, and 10 national championships. Currently competing in the Coastal Athletic Association, the department will transition to FBS football and become a full-time member of Conference USA, while also adding women's ice hockey as the 22nd varsity sport – both effective July 1, 2025.
