NEWARK, Del. – University of Delaware women's tennis cruised to a 4-0 victory Saturday afternoon over NJIT. The Blue Hens recognized their senior class of Eliza Askarova, Slade Coetzee, Julieta Honrubia, and Alex Staiculescu.

UD moves to 15-6 on the season, while the Highlanders dip to 14-5.

ON THE RECORD
"I'm super proud of our seniors," Coetzee said. "It's always special to get a home win on Senior Day. I'm excited for the momentum we have heading into a big match against William & Mary on Sunday."

HEN HIGHLIGHTS

After losing at number three doubles, the Hens rallied to claim the doubles point with wins at one and two.
Coetzee, Askarova, and Navya Vadlamudi made quick work of their opponents as each won in straight sets.
Askarova won her fourth-straight singles match.
Askarova and Staiculescu advance to 18-7 in doubles action this season, including 12-3 at No. 1 doubles.
