Baseball Announces 2026 Schedule

NEWARK, Del. -Â University of Delaware Head Baseball Coach Greg Mamula has announced the schedule for the upcoming 2026 baseball season. The Fightin' Blue Hens, who are entering their first season as a member of Conference USA, will play 55 games including 25 home games at Bob Hannah Stadium.
The 2026 campaign opens with a three-game road series in North Carolina. The Blue Hens will take on Elon on February 13 and 15, along with a single-game against High Point on February 14.
UD's home opener at Bob Hannah Stadium is against La Salle on February 17.Â
Following their first home game of the season, the Blue Hens will travel to Starksville, Mississippi for a three-game series against Mississippi State from February 20-22. The Bulldogs have more than 40 appearances in the NCAA Tournament and won the College Baseball World Series in 2021.
The Blue Hens will play with back-to-back non-conference series at Bob Hannah Stadium against Rider (February 27-March 1) and Canisius (March 6-8), along with midweek games against Maryland (February 24 & March 3) and Penn (March 10).
Delaware opens CUSA play with a three-game road series against LA Tech from March 13-15. The Bulldogs have made 11 NCAA Tournament appearances, with their most recent coming in 2024.
The following weekend, UD will host Dallas Baptist from March 20-22 at Bob Hannah Stadium. DBU is coming off a 41-18 season with an NCAA Tournament appearance. The Patriots have appeared in 14 of the last 17 NCAA tournaments, and hosted a regional in 2015.
The Blue Hens will also face off against CUSA foes Kennesaw State (March 27-29), Missouri State (April 10-12), FIU (May 1-3), and finish the regular season off against the defending CUSA Tournament Champions WKU (May 14-16) at Bob Hannah Stadium.
On the road, UD will face New Mexico State (April 2-4), Middle Tennessee (April 17-19), Liberty (April 24-26) and Sam Houston (May 8-10).
Throughout conference play, the Blue Hens play midweek games against St. Joe's (March 17 & April 21 or 22), Rutgers (March 24), Delaware State (April 14 & 28), and La Salle (May 5).
The Blue Hens will compete in the Liberty Bell Classic and are the current reigning champions. The tournament kicks off against Rider on March 31. The Blue Hens will either take on Lehigh or St. Joe's in round two on April 7. The championship game will take place on April 21 at Citizens Bank Park, home of the Philadelphia Phillies.Â
The 2026 CUSA Tournament will take place in Kennesaw, Georgia, hosted by Kennesaw State, from May 20-24. The top eight teams following the regular season will advance to play a double-elimination tournament with a single-elimination championship game.
TICKETS
Baseball season ticket deposits are available now. Season ticket packages and individual game tickets will go on sale later this winter
Individual ticket prices will be $10 per game and $5 for youth (ages 3-12). Season ticket packages will be available at 50 percent off the single game rate. There will also be group rate
incentives, and additional gameday experience opportunities. All seating will be general admission at Bob Hannah Stadium.
UD students will continue to receive free tickets to all home baseball games.
