Women's Tennis' Hrynashka and Jurkowska Close Out Fall at ITA Conference Masters

SAN DIEGO - University of Delaware women's tennis student-athletes Maryia Hrynashka and Paulina Jurkowska competed in the 2025 ITA Conference Masters Championship, representing Conference USA, making it to the round of 16 in doubles play.

ON THE RECORD
"We came up just short today, but both Maryia and Paulina fought their hearts out," Director of Tennis and head coach Pablo Montana said. "I've been so encouraged by what I've seen from them over the past few weeks; they've both made tremendous strides this fall. I'm really proud of them for an outstanding season and for the leadership they've shown on our team. I have no doubt they'll have a great spring and make some history."

HEN HIGHLIGHTS

This was the third year in a row that the Fightin' Blue Hens made an appearance in this event.
The two defeated Sacramento State in a tiebreaker round.
With their win over Sacramento State, Hrynashka and Jurkowska moved into sole possession of career doubles wins with 31.

Lillie Murphy/Elle Warren (Furman) def. Maryia Hrynashka/Paulina Jurkowska (Delaware) 6-0, 6-0
