CHARLESTON, S.C. - The University of Delaware men's tennis team wrapped up their spring break excursion in Charleston with a 7-0 sweep of The Citadel on Wednesday morning.Â
On the season, the Blue Hens now stand at an overall record of 11-5 and CAA record of 2-0.Â
ON THE RECORDÂ
"Great win for us to wrap our spring break week," head coach Marc Pibernat said. "We knew this match was not going to be easy having to play without our number one and two, but the team did an excellent job stepping up and bringing home the win. This was a very good week for us, we came closer as a team building the culture and having everyone rowing the same direction. It will definitely help us to tackle the last stretch of the season. Shoutout to Mason Robins for winning his first singles dual match as a Blue Hen!"Â
HEN HIGHLIGHTSÂ
- Robins earned his introductory Delaware singles win.
