Men’s Basketball Adds Transfer Bouna Kebe

NEWARK, Del. – University of Delaware men's basketball has added transfer Bouna Kebe who is set to join the roster beginning in 2025-26, head coach Martin Ingelsby announced Monday.
We are thrilled to welcome Bouna Kebe to Newark, Ingelsby said. He is a multi-dimensional forward with a skill set that will flourish in our system. He can impact the game on both ends of the floor and we are excited to see him continue to grow as a basketball player in our system.
The Dakar, Senegal native spent the previous season at the University of Memphis, where he didn't see any action.
Prior to Memphis, Kebe spent the 2023-24 at Gillette (Wyoming) College and played the 2022-23 season at Independence (Kansas) Community College. He averaged 11.2 points, 7.1 rebounds and 1.7 blocks in 28 games (15 starts) for the Pronghorns. In 31 games at Independence, he put up 6.9 points and 4.1 rebounds.
Kebe played his high school basketball at Promise Preparatory Academy in Dawsonville, Georgia and was a four-year starter.
