DALLAS – The 2025-26 20-game Conference USA men's basketball schedule has been released, the league announced Friday.
The University of Delaware begins its first season in CUSA at home on Monday, December 29 as it hosts Missouri State, followed by two more home matchups against Jacksonville State on Friday, January 2 and Kennesaw State on Sunday, January 4.
The following week the Fightin' Blue Hens travel south to Sam Houston State (Thursday, January 8) and LA Tech (Saturday, January 10). This will be only the second time Delaware and LA Tech meet after the Hens beat them at home, 75-71 in 2018.
The Blue & Gold return to Newark to welcome UTEP on Thursday, January 15 and New Mexico State Saturday, January 17, before three-straight road games at Liberty (Saturday, January 24), New Mexico State (Wednesday, January 28), and UTEP (Saturday, January 31). UD and Liberty have a 1-1 record, which includes a 77-64 win for Delaware in 2014.
The Bob Carpenter Center will host Liberty on Wednesday, February 4 and Middle Tennessee on Saturday, February 7. The only time Delaware and Middle Tennessee met was in 2004 when Middle Tennessee topped the Hens 73-69 at a neutral site game.
Five of the next six games are away as UD will travel to Florida International (Thursday, February 12) and Missouri State (Saturday, February 14), take a quick trip home to host Western Kentucky (Wednesday, February 18), and hit the road again for Middle Tennessee (Saturday, February 21), Jacksonville State (Thursday, February 26), and Kennesaw State (Saturday, February 28).
The Hens will end the season with two home matchups against Sam Houston State on Thursday, March 5 and LA Tech on Saturday March 7.
The 2026 CUSA Men's Basketball Championship will take place from March 10-14 at Propst Area in Huntsville, Alabama.
