DALLAS – Delaware women's tennis had five student-athletes earn Conference USA postseason awards, the conference announced Tuesday.
The Fightin' Blue Hens' Amelia Gorman, Maryia Hrynashka, Paulina Jurkowska, Navya Vadlamudi, and Hanna Vinahradava found themselves on all-conference teams after stellar seasons, helping the Blue & Gold to a CUSA Championship appearance.
The Blue & Gold's five all-conference singles student-athletes lead the league and are the most in program history in a single season, while collecting the most total honors with seven.
Gorman earned CUSA Newcomer of the Year, as well as a spot on First Team Singles and Second Team Doubles, alongside her partner, Navya Vadlamudi.
This was Gorman's third-straight season earning all-conference singles and fourth in-a-row with an all-conference doubles nod. This is her third year in her career earning a superlative award from her conference, with OVC Freshman of the Year and Player of the Year coming prior to coming to Newark.
Vadlamudi played to a 21-7 singles record, including 13-2 in the fifth spot, picking up a First Team Singles nod. She finished the season with nine-straight wins. Her and Gorman went 18-5 as a duo and clinched the doubles point in both of the Hens' ranked wins in 2025-26.
Hrynashka earned First Team Singles as she finished her career second in program history with 83 individual singles wins and First Team Doubles, with the latter coming with Jurkowska for the second-consecutive year after breaking the program record for doubles wins as a pair.
Jurkowska also earned Second Team Singles, wrapping up her season 17-10 in singles play.
Vinahradava was named to the Second Team Singles roster in her lone season with Delaware, playing to a 23-6 record.
