Men’s Swimming & Diving Adds Five to Complete 2026-27 Roster

NEWARK, Del. - University of Delaware men's swimming & diving has signed five newcomers to compete its 2026-27 roster, head coach Pablo Marmolejo announced Thursday.
The program signed four transfers and one incoming freshman, including two divers to the roster for the upcoming campaign.

John Duma | Bethesda, Md. | Bethesda Chevy-Chase
Duma comes to Newark after being a four-year letterwinner at Bethesda Chevy-Chase High School. He primarily competed in both freestyle and backstroke events, setting personal bests in the 100 and 200 backstroke, matching 18U Futures Championship time standards. Duma plans to major in biochemistry at UD.Antoni Fronczak | Warsaw, Poland | 1 LO w Chmurze | Florida Tech
Fronczak joins the Blue & Gold after spending his freshman year at Florida Tech. The Poland native earned three Division II B cuts in his first year, along with competing in the A final of the 500-free at the Sunshine State Conference Championships. The three NCAA B cuts came in the 100-free (44.39), 200-free (1:37.07), and the aforementioned 500-free at the SSC Championship (4:28.67). All of the DII B cut times would have made A Final's at ASUN Championships in 2026. Fronczak plans to major in mechanical engineering at Delaware.Paxton Martinez | Chantilly, Va. | Chantilly | Cleveland State
Martinez comes to the 302 after spending his first collegiate season diving at Cleveland State. He competed in six events for the Vikings, highlighted by winning the 3-meter dive at Cleveland City Classic with a score of 272.70 and the 1-meter against Niagara with a score of 212.55. During his prep career, he was a two-time NVSL Division Champion and was named an all-district honorable mention as a junior. He competed at USA Zones for Dominion Dive Club. The Virginia native was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Martinez plans to major in mechanical engineering at Delaware.Noah Wanzer | McLean, Va. | McLean | North Carolina State
Wanzer rounds out the diving squad for the Blue Hens in 2026-27. He competed for North Carolina State during the 2024-25 season where he was an ACC Qualifier and set personal bests in the 1-meter (Six Dives) (236.25), 3-meter (274.35), and platform dive (187.80). Wanzer was a four-year letter winner at McLean High School and was a two-time Virginia state qualifier. He competed for Dominion Dive Club on the club circuit. The rising junior plans to study nutrition and dietetics at Delaware.Oscar S. Chavez Arana | Queretaro, Mexico | Escuela John F. Kennedy, A. C. | Tec de Monterrey Chihuahua
