Jimmy Losh enters his first season as an assistant coach with the University of Delaware baseball program. He will work primarily with the Blue Hens’ outfielders while also contributing to the team’s offensive development and recruiting efforts.
Losh comes to Newark after two highly successful seasons as an assistant coach at Millersville University (2024–25), where he helped guide the Marauders to an 82–26 overall record, two NCAA Regional appearances, and the 2025 PSAC Championship. That same year, Millersville’s offense thrived under his direction, hitting .310 as a team with an .889 OPS, 127 stolen bases, and program records in both walks (284) and hit-by-pitches (79).
As a player, Losh was a five-year starter at Millersville (2019–23) and one of the most accomplished hitters in program history. He was a two-time All-Conference and All-Region selection and ranks among the school’s all-time leaders in hits, runs, triples, extra-base hits, total bases, walks, and games played.
