AT DELAWARE
• Senior righty is slated to be the team's Friday rotation
• will serve as 2018 captain with Diaz Nardo and Calvin Scott
• served as a 2017 co-captain with Ron Marinaccio
• owns a 16-6 career record in 57 career appearances (18 starts).
2017 SEASON (GAME BY GAME)
• went 7-3 with a 4.46 ERA
• pitched a team-best 76.2 innings, striking out 49 batters
• allowed four earned runs over his final 21.2 innings pitched
• struck out eight batters in 4.2 innings of relief against UMass Lowell (3/13)
• threw six shutout innings against Penn State (3/18)
• earned the victory over Northeastern (5/25) in the CAA Quarterfinals where he pitched five and one-third innings
• pitched five and one-third innings against Arizona (6/3) in the NCAA Regionals allowing just one run.
2016 SEASON (GAME BY GAME)
• Appeared in 24 games, and started three times
• posted a record of 5-3 with a 7.03 ERA
• threw a complete-game two-hit shutout against Wilmington (4/20)
• threw five one-run innings at William and Mary (4/30)
• was named the UD Team Perry Burkett Triple Effort Award winner.
2015 SEASON (GAME BY GAME)
• Went 4-0 with a 5.08 ERA in 17 relief appearances on the mound as a freshman
• allowed 16 earned runs on 27 hits in 28.1 innings of work
• struck out 30 batters on the year
• fired three scoreless frames while striking out five against Lehigh to pick up his first career victory
• earned another win after two hitless innings vs. Charleston
• also picked up victories over conference opponents William & Mary and Towson
• recorded a strikeout in each of his final 13 appearances of the year
• named to CAA Academic Honor Roll.
HIGH SCHOOL
• Attended Dover High School
•played football, basketball, and baseball in high school
• four-time All-Henlopen Conference selection
• named conference Player of the Year in 2013
• second-team All-State in 2011 and three-time All-State selection from 2012-2014
