Kate Rudolph joined the department in October 2023 as the Associate AD, Business Engagement and Philanthropy.
Prior to joining University of Delaware, Kate worked at ChristianaCare, where she served as the Corporate Director of Business Operations for the Center for Virtual Health. In that role, she was responsible for the business and financial operations of the Center and the execution of its strategic growth plan, focusing on diversification of revenue and the deployment of innovative clinical care programs.
She started her career in Pittsburgh as the Division Administrator of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). She also completed a two-year Administrative Fellowship at UPMC focusing on physician practice management and financial operations.
Rudolph earned her bachelor’s degree in economics and history from University of Maryland, College Park, and her master’s degree in healthcare policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
