AT DELAWARE
Declared academically ineligible for the 2017 season • entered season as a fifth-year standout and one of the nation's most exciting and productive running backs • gifted athlete not only as an elusive and punishing runner, but as a pass catcher, a hard-hitting cover man on special teams, and as a kickoff returner • missed all or most of six games in 2016 after missing all but one game with an injury in 2015 • played in 32 career games with six starts and rushed 286 times for 1,849 yards (6.5 average) and 14 touchdowns • also caught 10 passes for 67 yards, recorded 16 tackles, and returned four kickoffs for a 36.7-yard average • ranked No. 19 on the all-time Delaware career rushing yardage list with his 1,849 yards • seven career 100-yard rushing games and two 200-yard rushing games • career rushing average of 6.46 yards per carry ranks No. 6 all-time at Delaware.
2016 SEASON
Produced yet another outstanding season for the Blue Hens despite battling injuries • played in seven games with five starts but missed four entire games and all but two plays of another • still earned third team All-Colonial Athletic Association honors • led team in rushing with 728 yards on just 88 carries (8.3 average) to go with seven touchdowns • had he played in enough games, would have ranked No. 13 in NCAA FCS - and No. 4 in CAA - in yards rushing per game (104.0) and No. 2 in yards per carry (8.3) • 8.3 yards per carry was the sixth best single season mark in UD history for a regular and the best since the 1994 season • rank for over 100 yards three times with a career-high 242 yards on 24 carries with two touchdowns vs. Maine and 212 yards on 19 carries with two touchdowns in season-opener vs. Delaware State • 212 yards vs. Delaware State was third highest opening-day total in Delaware history • also ran for 122 yards and two touchdowns vs. Albany • had three runs of 44+ yards on the year • was named CAA Offensive Player of the Week, STATS Inc. honorable mention National Offensive Player of the Week, and Eastern Football Network weekly honor roll vs. Maine • Blue Hen Touchdown Club Offensive Player of the Week vs. Delaware State, Maine, and Albany • earned Nate Beasley Game Most Valuable Player Award for effort in the win over Delaware State as part of the First State Cup • missed Wake Forest, William & Mary, Towson, and Villanova games witih injuries and left the Lafayette game with an injury on the first play from scrimmage after rerturning the opening kickoff 50 yards • named a National Strength & Conditioning Association All-American during the summer • rushed for 43 yards and a touchdown and caught a pass for four yards in the Blue-White Spring Game in May.
2015 SEASON
Had promising junior season cut short • missed the final 10 games with a foot injury suffered during the season opener vs. Jacksonville • actually played with the injury during much of the game but could not continue the remainder of the season • ran for 88 yards on 16 carries, returned three kickoffs for 97 yards, and had two tackles on special teams during the game • helped team rank No. 2 in the CAA and 17th in the NCAA in rushing offense (219.4 yards per game) • had a 39-yard run from scrimmage (fifth longest of the season by a UD runner) and 41-yard kickoff return (second longest by a UD player the entire season) • named Blue Hen Touchdown Club Special Teams Player of the Week for his efforts • ran for 122 yards, including a 33-yard scoring run, in the Blue-White Spring Game in May.
2014 SEASON
Followed a solid freshman campaign with an outstanding sophomore season • helped give the Hens one of the most potent and balanced running attacks in the CAA • Delaware ranked No. 5 in the CAA in rushing offense (167.2) as Hens were one of just two league teams to have two running backs go for 600+ yards • played in all 12 games but started just one (vs. Towson) • led team in rushing yards (952) and attempts (172) while adding six touchdowns and a 5.5 average per carry • ranked No. 7 in the CAA in both rushing yards and rushing yards per game (79.3) • also caught nine passes for 53 yards (5.9 avg.) and recorded seven tackles on special teams • rushed for 70+ yards in each of the final seven games of the season and had four 100+ games for the season • had career-high 136 yards vs. James Madison (wearing #30 after #31 jersey ripped early in the game) and added 115 yards and two touchdowns vs. New Hampshire, 111 yards and a touchdown vs. Elon, 111 yards vs. Rhode Island, and 99 yards vs. Villanova • carried a career-high 23 times vs. Towson (70 yards) • caught two passes for 19 yards vs. New Hampshire and had one catch in seven other games • had career-high three tackles vs. Delaware State • Blue Hen Touchdown Club Offensive Player of the Week vs. Rhode Island and New Hampshire • enjoyed an outstanding spring and dominated the Blue-White Spring Game as he rushed 20 times for 154 yards and scored on a 60-yard run and caught two passes for 33 yards, including a 23-yard scoring pass from Justin Burns.
2013 SEASON
Enjoyed a solid season as a true freshman • played a key role as a backup running back and as a special teams standout • only true freshman to see action on the offensive side of the ball for Delaware • played in all 12 games as the team's No. 4 running back behind All-American and four-year starter Andrew Pierce, senior Julian Laing, and redshirt freshman Randolph • carried the ball 10 times for 81 yards and scored one touchdown • ran for 46 yards vs. Wagner and rushed for 27 yards and scored on a three-yard touchdown run vs. Maine • on special teams, collected seven tackles and blocked a punt • named Blue Hen Touchdown Club Special Teams Player of the Week vs. Richmond when he blocked a punt and returned it six yards • had two tackles on special teams vs. Delaware State.
HIGH SCHOOL
Played at Wildwood High School for head coach Rich Hans • earned first team All-State honors at both running back and outside linebacker in 2012 • two-time all-league selection at running back and linebacker/defensive end • rushed for 2,107 yards and 35 touchdowns as a senior and for 1,294 yards and 10 touchdowns as a junior • led team to 6-4 record and its first playoff appearance in 40 years in 2012 • outstanding track & field athlete who holds school records in the triple jump and 400 meters and was all-conference in both events.
