Bio: Coming out of Hamtramck High School, Bailey was a highly regarded recruit, rated as a four-star prospect by ESPN with a Scout Grade and a three-star recruit by 247Sports. ESPN ranked him as the No. 3 player in Michigan, No. 22 in the Midwest, and No. 35 nationally at his position. In his senior year, Bailey averaged 21 points and 7 rebounds per game, earning recognition as a 3rd Team All-State and 1st Team All-Area player by the Detroit News. He also was a 1,000-point scorer for Hamtramck.
