AT DELAWARE
· Graduated from the University of Delaware in December 2019 with a degree in medical diagnostics and minors in biology and forensic science; has aspirations of becoming a perfusionist
· Four-time letter winner for the Blue Hens
· Playful and relaxed, which are key qualities to being successful on the offensive end
· Continually raises her abilities to be a contributor in the build-up, creation of scoring opportunities and finishing
2019 SEASON
· Feature Story: Ally Pollak Finds Passion for Medicine Through EMT Work
· Appeared in 19 games with 13 starts
· Finished the season tied for third on the team with four assists
· Tied a career-high with four points (1g, 2a) in CAA Semifinals win over James Madison (Nov. 8)
2018 SEASON
· Started eight of 20 games played as a junior
· Finished season with seven points on five assists and one goal
· Logged four straight games with an assist from Sept. 13-28
· Posted lone goal of the season in CAA Semifinals win over James Madison (Nov. 2)
2017 SEASON
· Played in all 20 games and started three for the five-time CAA Champion Blue Hens
· Registered six points on the season with two goals and two assists
· CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll
2016 SEASON
· Saw time in 21 games as Delaware collected the program's first-ever NCAA Division I national title while registering a team-record and nation-best 23 victories and 90.2 winning percentage
· CAA All-Rookie Team
· Finished year with 13 points on six goals and an assist
· Made first career start against Ohio State (Aug. 27) and scored first two career goals the next day, also against the Buckeyes
· Posted a goal in team's 3-2 upset at No. 1 Duke (Nov. 13) in the NCAA Tournament
· CAA Academic Honor Roll
· ZAG Field Hockey/NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad
HIGH SCHOOL
· Tallied 52 goals and 19 assists as a four-year varsity starter at Arundel High School
· Team captain as a senior under head coach Carrie Vosburg
· Wildcats went 38-13-7 during her career
· Team's leading scorer over three seasons, including a career-best 28 points (15g, 13a) as a junior
· Posted a career-high 20 goals during her sophomore season
· Two-time Washington Post All-Met, Coach's First Team All-County and First Team All-County selection while also garnering Second Team All-State and Second Team Baltimore Sun All-Metro accolades in 2014
· Excelled academically and was named to the Principal's Honor Roll, Honor Roll, National Honor Society and National Science Honors Society while serving as a part of the Best Buddies Club

· Played at the Disney Showcase Tournament, National Club Championships, National Festival Tournament, National Indoor Tournament, Disney Wide World of Sports Tournament, Junior Premier Outdoor League and Junior Premier Indoor League
