Bryce Parry, in his second year with the University of Delaware, was promoted to assistant equipment manager in July 2018. Prior to becoming the assistant manager, Parry was an equipment department intern. In his role as assistant equipment manager, he oversees daily equipment operations of men’s and women’s basketball, field hockey, softball, volleyball, men’s and women’s swim & dive. He is also responsible for overseeing the budget for his assigned sports and for the fittings of gear and apparel.

Parry came to Delaware after being an equipment game assistant for the Philadelphia 76ers. With the 76ers, he assisted the equipment manager with game day operations and constructed halftime set up for the 76ers and the visiting team.

Parry received a Bachelor of Science in sport management from Kutztown University. While at Kutztown, he was a student equipment manager. He is a certified member of the Athletics Equipment Managers Association (AEMA).
