One of the most accomplished distance runners in Delaware history, Kim enjoyed a record-setting career that saw her capture East Coast Conference individual titles in three different sports and earn induction into the state’s Delaware Track & Field Hall of Fame.
A native of Wilmington, Del., she won five ECC titles overall and helped the Blue Hens capture four team titles during her career. She won the 1982 ECC cross country title, posted two other top three finishes, and became only the second runner in UD history to compete at the NCAA Cross Country Championships in 1984.
