Delaware's Nick Diachenko Scores Two Goals to Lead South to 16-10 Win Over North in USILA Senior All-Star Game

Diachenko, a midfielder from Courtice, Ontario (Holy Trinity High School), and Eric Smith, an attackman from Lutherville, Md. (Boy's Latin HS) were among 27 members of the South squad coached by Villanova head coach Mike Corrado.
Diachenko was among three South players to tally multiple goals during the game as he helped his team jump out to an early 4-1 lead as he scored just 1:02 into the game and tallied just 44 seconds later. He finished the game with two goals, five shots, and one groundball. Smith came off the bench but did not record a statistic.
The South team jumped out to an 8-4 lead at halftime and built the lead to 13-6 heading into the final quarter to win going way. Villanova's Jack Rice was named the game Most Valuable Player as he scored three time. Zach Cummings of Limestone added two goals while Dave DiMaria of Lehigh contributed a goal and three assists.
The North team got two goals each from Marist teammates Jack Doherty and Connor Rice.
