Blue Hens Featured for Relationship with Five-Year-Old "Superhero"

The Blue Hens football team was recently featured in The News Journal for their relationship with five-year-old Danny Feltwell, who attended practice last week at Delaware.

Two years ago, through the Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, the Delaware football team "adopted" Danny, who was then in the midst of a 17-month stay at Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children while being treated for T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma, a rare and very aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
